Matt Stevens and and Reese Bourgeois just had an exploratory call with a company with deep roots in south Louisiana’s chemical and oil and gas industry. Ken Branco, Bruce Imel, and Reese Bourgeois had a successful session with our largest private equity client in Houston. We performed an after-action review of a recent integration project we completed for them, and expanded their knowledge of our ERP assessment and implementation skills.

The clients focus is to halve the amount of inventory they have world wide in spare parts in the next two years — without affecting customer delivery.
Ken Branco and Reese Bourgeois followed with three clients in Houston that are beginning to see the light at the end of the ‘oil price downturn’ tunnel, and we’ve begun initial discussions of resuming Lean Sigma projects in all three clients.
