Bruce Imel is Managing Partner of Flow Consulting. He is a proven leader in supply chain and technology management. He has a highly successful track record of process improvement and cost reduction through the implementation of Lean practices in process and technology.
In his role as Managing Partner at Flow Consulting, Bruce is responsible for day-to-day operations and overall quality of client engagements. Bruce also leads Flow’s Supply Chain practice as well as heading up the Private Equity channel activities. Bruce developed Flow’s acquisition integration methodology that has been utilized by many of Flow’s private equity clients.
Bruce’s specific areas of expertise include Supply Chain Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Acquisition Integration, and IT Strategic Planning.
Bruce graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
