During the acquisition due diligence process we utilize a proven methodology to access any business process from the shop floor to the back office.  Our methodology provides a clear level of process maturity in terms of Process Design, Performance Execution, Management, Support (IT & HR), and Metrics.  The maturity assessment provides a baseline that can be used to monitor improvement over time.
